It is very gratifying. Sara has created a successful business that has thrived through challenging times. She is a kind and caring leader; our clients, associates and team benefit from her knowledge, insight, and compassion.

It is a family that works together to provide the best experience for each other and our clients.

Our collective personality, we have a dynamic group that collaborates well, we play to each other’s strengths.

Why do you stay? What does this anniversary mean to you?
I like the working environment and my colleagues. We have a varied mix of clients, so projects are always giving us unique challenges and we, in turn, must seek specialized solutions. I am proud that COE is a strong force to be reckoned with and is very much relevant in the marketplace

35 years is a long time and I value that longevity as an employee. COE is a well-grounded business with long-term clients who have been with us for decades.

I stay because I love my job. I enjoy every day because each one is different and I’m always learning something. The anniversary makes me proud to work for COE!

What does it mean to you to be a part of a team celebrating 35 years?
I’m grateful and honored to be part of a team that not only has the same aspirational goals for the success of COE but values each other’s abilities and skills. Each one of my colleagues works together as a wonderful team and truly enjoys the professional, dedicated, ambitious, and caring environment that has been established by the highest level of leadership, Sara Cook the owner.
What do you love most about working at COE / with the COE team?
I always feel valued and that my voice is heard. Working at COE and being part of the team for over 33 years has given me an opportunity to grow in my professional abilities as well as my interpersonal skills. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I love working at COE for the reasons named above. The anniversary is a testament to having a great company. It takes a great leader who builds relationship within the company, with customers, and the community.
