Amston Trailer Sales, based in Caledonia, Wisconsin, is a leading trailer dealership in the Midwest. As customer demand grew, so did the company’s need for expansion. In 2020, Amston opened a second location in Lebanon, Indiana, to better serve its growing customer base.

To further enhance customer service, Amston embarked on the construction of a new, state-of-the-art dealership spanning 14 acres with 11 service bays in 2021. This facility would allow them to continue their legacy as a top trailer dealer in the region.

Despite construction delays, Amston remained committed to its vision and officially relocated to its new office in February 2024.

Bringing the Vision to Life

Amston partnered with Commercial Office Environments (COE) to design and furnish the interior of the 24,000-square-foot facility, which includes 8,000 square feet of office space. COE played an integral role in creating a workspace that reflects Amston’s brand identity, enhances employee comfort, and maintains long-term durability.

COE’s Role in the Project:

• Designed office interior layouts to reflect Amston’s brand identity
• Sourced and installed bathroom tile, LVT and carpet flooring, breakroom cabinetry, and office furniture
• Selected durable, easy-to-clean materials (laminate, vinyl, etc.) to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment for employees and visitors

By incorporating laminate, vinyl, and other easy-to-clean surfaces, Amston ensures that the facility maintains a fresh and professional appearance for years to come.
