As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that finding your passion is the key to true success. It’s not about money or material possessions; it’s about finding joy and fulfillment in what you do. I’ve always believed that if you have the desire, commitment, and passion for something, you can shape it into what you want it to be.

For me, success is measured by happiness and the ability to do the things I love. However, it’s not just about my own achievements; I take immense joy in helping others on their path to success. Seeing my team experience significant wins and witnessing their personal and professional growth fills me with such happiness and satisfaction. When they succeed, I succeed, and that motivates me to keep pushing forward.

My business is a source of great fun and inspiration because each project we undertake is unique. Every client comes with different needs and desires for their space, and it’s my job to create tailor-made solutions that leave them saying, “Wow, you nailed it!” Witnessing the positive impact we have on their productivity and happiness is truly rewarding.

Embracing Continuous Improvement and Resilience

Throughout my journey, I’ve never been a quitter. I constantly strive to improve myself and my business. You can participate in activities like working out, meditation, or reading inspirational books to keep your mind focused and energized. However I have found that it is even more important to surround yourself with other strong, supportive women entrepreneurs who can serve as trusted advisors and best friends. Their encouragement and constructive feedback keeps me going, even on tough days.

One of the driving forces behind my determination is the responsibility I feel towards my team. Knowing that their livelihoods depend on the success of our business fuels my determination to never give up. I owe it to them to be at my best, and that means constantly reflecting on my actions and striving to be a better leader and person.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with my employees has been incredibly rewarding. Some of them have been with me for over three decades, and I’ve been privileged to share in their joys and sorrows. These relationships have turned my team into an extended family, and I take immense pride in their growth and success. When newcomers join us and witness the loyalty and longevity of my team, it inspires them to become long-term players and share in the spirit of our close-knit family.

Seeing individuals join our team with no prior experience in the business and watching them blossom into successful, happy professionals is one of the most gratifying aspects of being in my position at COE. I am more than willing to do whatever it takes to help them achieve their goals, just as they support me in achieving mine.

My journey as in building Commercial Office Environments has been filled with ups and downs, but I have never lost sight of my passion and the joy it brings me. By helping others succeed, I find fulfillment, and by surrounding myself with a supportive and loyal team, I can weather any storm that comes my way.
